How Can I return my product?

We hope you never find a reason to return your order. But in case you do, you can write to us at [email protected] within 3 days of receiving the product. We offer replacements if the product has been damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect. We will initiate a pick up from our end.

The product needs be well packed by the client, preferably in the same box it came in. Once we receive the product we will inspect it for damages/defects. Post inspection we will either send you a replacement, offer store credit or a refund of your money in case of no product availability.

I received a defective/damaged product. How can I return it?

Can I cancel my order?

Please write to us within 24 hours of placing the order in case you want to cancel the order. All our orders are made to order and we begin working on your order as soon as we receive it.
